About Megan

Megan studied at Radford University, where she competed as a Division I student-athlete in volleyball, while simultaneously working on and completing two degrees. The first a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and the second a Bachelor of Science in Studio Art focused in jewelry and metalwork. She pursued her Internship abroad in Brisbane, Australia working and learning from George Wu, CEO/Designer for George Wu Couture Bridal Atelier. From her time with George Wu, she learned how to carefully design and craft bespoke bridal gowns and evening wear.

Her drive for fashion comes from her childhood, in needing to express her unique vision she channeled her energy through design. She has always had a passion for unique and vibrant garments and jewelry. Throughout her childhood and adulthood, Megan has always been conscious of her own uniqueness as a tall individual who never quite felt understood and accommodated in the clothing industry. One goal she strives to pursue is giving tall women and men like herself an option for clothing that fits their unique needs and style.

After graduating, she continued her journey of learning by creating custom clothing for clients and working as a luxury sales associate to gain direct feedback from potential customers on what parts the luxury market were missing and where she could fill the gap. She recently finished another learning experience as an Bridal/Fashion consultant and Retail Business intern at Terry Costa to grow her intellect on owning her own private business in the competitive  fashion industry. She has recently made to jump to New York City to get closer and immerse herself into the world of fashion and gain more experience through working for well established design houses. Megan is a fashion designer who develops intriguing designs that make the women and men who wear them feel as powerful and unique as they are. She continues to create detailed and fashion forward garments and meet the needs of her clients, whose stories inspire her to continue creating clothing for the unique individual.
