RIO SECRETO

I took a trip to a enchanting cavern called Rio Secreto, in Cancun, Mexico. While floating through and navigating the eerily beautiful waters and ancient natural structures I imagined a woman of mystery. Her demeanor evokes natural curiosity, because she looks complicated and treacherous as the winding caves. But if approached with respect and patience she surrounds you with the natural comfort of her warm water embrace.

The garments for the collection based off of the Rio Secreto woman is layering the stiff outer shell pieces in shapes representing the natural formed caves and their paths on top of comfortable body glove type basics that act like water that surrounds a shape as a second layer. The outer layers of the ensemble function as a mix of day and evening wear that once removed allow the under body neoprene layers to be worn as swim or athletic attire.
